How do I book a game? Please book your experience online at our website or in person. Or call to book 727-754-9752. Company team building events you can email escaperoomclearwaterbeach@gmail.com for questions on booking a large group.
How early should I arrive? Parking in our parking garage is readily available. North Beach Parking Plaza is located at 490 Poinsettia Ave, Clearwater, FL 33767. Please give yourself some extra time, and arrive 15 minutes prior to your start time. Games will begin exactly at your start time. We are unable to wait if you are late, and you may have less than 60 minutes to play if you are not on time.
Am I really going to be locked in a room? The short answer is no; that doesn’t sound safe or legal! You will be in a room with a closed door, you are free to leave the room at any time. Of course, leaving the room early disqualifies you and reentry isn’t permitted.
How many people play? Is there an age/size/ability/mobility limit? Rooms have a minimum of 2-4 players, we do not allow single players. The maximum is different for each room. While many components of each room are challenging for young guests, we are a family friendly game experience. Participants 10-14 years old must be accompanied by an adult to play. All rooms are accessible.
How do I pay? All games are paid online or in person, or call us at 727-7549752, at the time of booking. The price per spot ranges from $20 to $37.
Can I book with my friends or family? Of course! We suggest one person book the slots for your entire group. You can also have each individual person book their own spot, but all rooms are first come, first serve. There can be up to 8 spots available in each room so you will need to book all 8 spots if you want the room to be just for your friends and family.
Can you accommodate larger parties and events? Absolutely! You can either book through our main booking page, or email us directly to rent our facility for your large party or corporate event. We also offer meal options within our facility or email escaperoomclearwaterbeach@gmail.com to receive a custom quote.
Will there be other people in the room with us? This will depend on how many folks are in your group. If the total available slots are 8 and there are only 4 of you then 4 slots will still be available to be booked by other people. They will not always be filled, but there is a possibility that others may buy those tickets. We recommend if you want to experience a room with only your friends/family, you will need to purchase all slots for a given room.
How long is each game? Games range from 45 to 60 minutes, though we ask you to arrive 15 minutes prior to your experience for preparation and 5 minutes after to debrief and take pictures to commemorate your victory (or defeat!)
What if I need to cancel my reservation? If you are unable to make your scheduled game, we are happy to try to reschedule your game. We do not offer refunds for missed games.
