Cancellation policy, rescheduling and late arrivals

If your plans have changed, please, let us know as soon as possible.

The reservation can be rescheduled with a 24-hours notice or canceled with a 3-days notice. The reservation can only be rescheduled once and cannot be canceled after it was rescheduled. Same day reservations cannot be canceled or rescheduled.

No refunds will be issued for cancellations within 3 days of your reservation. No partial refunds for players that didn’t show up unless notified within 3 days.

Private events can be rescheduled with 7-days notice.

Please pay attention: no rescheduling options are given for groups that show up late, fail to show up or e-mail us less than 24 hours in advance.  Same day reservations cannot be canceled or rescheduled.

Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled time. Make sure you have ample time to allow for traffic and parking. If you are coming from off the beach plan on an extra hour for beach traffic. Your punctuality is greatly appreciated!

Since your ticket reserves the room for one hour, in case you show up late, your game time will be decreased if you are the only ones in the room. If the rest of your group arrives on time, they will be allowed to start without you and there will be no refunds or entry into the game.
